When a scheme doesn't yet have an interior designer, we design the spaces ourselves: layouts, materials, furniture and lighting for apartments, offices, show flats and rooftop terraces, then show them in photoreal renders.
The concept gives the sales team something real to show, and gives the fit-out team a clear brief.

Art direction
The views, light, styling and mood of every image, so a whole set reads as one from the first render to the launch.
